Maria holds a literature PhD; she enjoys being creative and is working on her skills with a paintbrush. Being outside - preferably in a mystic forest - is one of her favourite things. Maria loves being active on her bike or running - but most of all with her Brumby Nico.

Taming a Brumby
Maria has always loved horses and been around them her whole live. She started with vaulting, riding soon followed.
Since moving to Australia, a childhood dream came true, Maria has tamed a wild horse. She adopted Nico in 2023, he had been unhandled at that time.
With patience, heaps of trustbuilding, and also a lot of fun, he has now developed into a riding horse.
Maria and her husband also have two cats, Steve and Elvis.
